Stay fresh had replaced my original vacuum pump when it had problems, now, the ‘new’. one was acting up after just a few months, I sent an email asking ‘what am I doing wrong’ thinking it had to be me if 2 pumps broke – They again, sent me a new pump, no questions asked. They did say there were some problems with the older ones I had . So easy to deal with problems.
