The appliance is solid. Easy to use. I’m running my first food now, in 2 hours I’ll know how it went. I ran into a problem (my confusion 100%) they answered the phone on the 2nd ring and walked me through to a solution.
I’m so happy I got my Harvest right, instead of the other company I was looking at. My friend has the other and does not recommend b/c of all the proprietary bits and horrible customer service. I’ve already had the exact opposite experiences with BA, and I’m not even done with my first load yet 😅
