Our Commercial freeze dryer arrived in great shape, the packing was excellent. My only suggestion on a freeze dryer this size and weight would be to have handles about 1/3 up from the bottom. The handles at the top were great for getting it off the pallet but was too heavy and awkward to get it up on the cart.We will be ready to start a batch next week.
